Good Day

School was decent. Instead of actually doing work in my Accounting class, I doodled an awesome monster.



I found a fun new book to read - Adland: A Global History of Advertising by Mark Tungate. The title basically explains it all



After class I went to Best Buy with Niall and I Got DaDa a TomTom for his Birthday. He's been wanting one for a while now so I figured what the hell.



I also realized I really wanna play Guitar Hero: Metallica. It looks fun as hell.

Then it was off to Niall's for some Gears of War 2. I am starting to hate Gears.

We got bored relatively quick and decided to watch Fido; a movie about a boy who basically gets a pet zombie.



It was kinda bad, but a lot better than expected.

And now, I'm doing 3 projects while listening to Pantera and Ninjasonik. Sadface.

On a side note; I finished the DaVinci Code today. I loved it, and it really got me into a reading mood. I really wanna read something else now. Suggestions?

Swine Flu

HOLY SHIT! We're all going to fucking die!

The swine flu is not as big as the media is making it out to be. So far there have only been 40 cases in the United States. 40 cases! 60,000 people die from the flu every year and we're worried about 40 people getting sick? I can just imagine people on the subway wearing surgical masks on the train just like when we saw people in China with the whole SARS scare. People are making this a way bigger problem than it actually is. And now the World Health Organization is talking about a pandemic. Funny how as soon as they do that, the stock of the company that makes the vaccine shoots up 70%. Weird huh?

And the Situation Wasn't Quite as Intense as I Thought

And on a side note, I'm finally learning to appreciate Bob Dylan. Better late than never I guess.

Until the Jets play their 2009 opener at the Texans. Fuckers are going down. Especially with the new and improved Jets defense and Rex Ryan.

Easter

So I had a really good Easter Sunday.

I woke up in the morning and went to church, which was not as bad as I initially made it out to be.

I had a big morning breakfast with the family.

I then just relaxed at home til like 3 watching Deadliest Catch on Discovery channel (it really sucked me in, but it's actually interesting).













Then I went to hang out with the guys and played football and basketball, which I did awful at both, respectively.

Then it was off to my friend's basement to watch Mortal Kombat and Wrestlemania 17. Ah memories. Undertaker and Stone Cold ftw.














Then of course I had to show off my wonderful vocal skills and play Rock Band 2. Next American Idol right here.










And then the cherry on top of a great day was watching Old School for the umpteenth time.




















I am actually looking forward to this week.

So I almost made a Twitter today. Instead I just updated my Facebook. Isn't that all it is after all? I really don't get why it's so popular. It honestly seems like a waste of time. I did say that about Myspace and Facebook though. So no telling if I'll make one in the long run. But I highly doubt it.
